Accessibility Statement
Last updated 2 September 2026.
We build this site to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We think it currently meets that standard, but we have tested it ourselves rather than had it audited, so treat this as an honest account rather than a certificate.
What we did
- Plain HTML with real headings, one
h1per page, and landmarks a screen reader can jump between. A “skip to content” link is the first thing on every page. - Every form field has a visible label attached to it. Help text is linked to its field, not floating beside it. Nothing relies on a placeholder to say what a box is for.
- Text contrast meets AA against its background. Colour is never the only way something is communicated.
- Buttons, links and checkboxes are at least 44 by 44 pixels, so a thumb or a shaky hand can hit them.
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, and the focus outline is deliberately obvious.
- No autoplay, no carousels, no popups, no motion that starts on its own. If your device is set to reduce motion, what little there is stops.
- Text reflows to a single column at 320 pixels and survives 200% zoom without anything being cut off.
- Images that carry meaning have alt text. Decorative ones are hidden from screen readers rather than described pointlessly.
- No PDFs, no video, no audio, so there is nothing here needing captions or a transcript.
Known limits
- There are no forms on this site any more, and that is deliberate — everything starts with a call, a text or an email. Nobody has to get through a long form to reach us.
- It has not been tested with every screen reader and browser combination. NVDA on Firefox and VoiceOver on Safari are what we check.
There is no form to get past
Everything we need to know can be answered on the phone. Call or text (702) 680-3101 and Connor will go through it with you and write it down at this end. There is no penalty, no different price, and no slower service for reaching us that way.
Tell us when something blocks you
If any part of this site is hard or impossible to use, we want to know, and we will fix it. Email [email protected] or call (702) 680-3101. Tell us the page and what happened. A real person reads it, replies, and tells you what we are doing about it.
